Stop compromising between the fragility of glass, the brittleness of Acrylic (PMMA), and the stress-whitening of standard PET. At HSQY, we manufacture premium Clear PETG (Glycol-Modified Polyethylene Terephthalate) sheets engineered to deliver exceptional transparency, superior impact resistance, and flawless deep-draw thermoformability. Whether you require medical-grade sterilization trays, high-end retail displays, or durable machine guards, our PETG sheets provide the ultimate balance of performance and processability.
Backed by our vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, we guarantee strict thickness tolerances and consistent batch quality. Available in an extensive range from 150-300 micron rolls for high-speed packaging to 4x8ft large sheets (0.17mm - 8.0mm) for heavy-duty fabrication, our FDA-certified PETG sheets are optimized to maximize yield on your production lines.
Zero Stress-Whitening in Deep Draws: Engineered specifically for complex thermoforming, our PETG allows you to stretch and bend the material into deep-draw shapes without cracking, clouding, or turning white at the corners.
Medical-Grade Sterilization Endurance: Our PETG-M (Medical Grade) is FDA compliant and ISO 10993 certified. It is specifically formulated to withstand rigorous sterilization methods, including Gamma radiation and E-beam, without significant yellowing or loss of structural integrity.
Superior Impact & Shatter Resistance: Significantly tougher than standard Acrylic (PMMA) and general-purpose PET. Our sheets are highly shatter-resistant, making them the mandatory choice for safety-critical applications and protective barriers.
Versatile Fabrication & Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to oils, greases, and many common chemicals. It serves as an excellent, durable base material that is easy to cut, drill, bond, and print on, with full compatibility for CNC machining and laser cutting.
Medical & Healthcare: Ideal for medical device housings, protective shields, sample trays, and sterilization containers requiring absolute clarity and biological safety.
Retail & POP Displays: Perfect for high-end point-of-purchase displays, signage, cosmetic packaging, and protective barriers where premium visual aesthetics matter.
Industrial & Safety Glazing: Used for machine guards, safety glazing, jigs, and fixtures where high impact resistance is critical to prevent shattering in harsh environments.
Packaging & Thermoforming: The material of choice for blister packs, clamshells, and deep-draw trays due to its wide forming window and brilliant clarity.

Custom Cut-to-Size Sheets: Precision cutting to your exact dimensions to minimize material waste and secondary labor costs.
Q1: What is the exact difference between PETG and Acrylic (PMMA)?
A: While both offer excellent optical clarity, PETG is significantly tougher and more impact-resistant than Acrylic, which is inherently brittle and prone to shattering upon impact. PETG is also much easier to thermoform into deep-draw shapes without cracking and offers better chemical resistance. While Acrylic is slightly harder and more scratch-resistant, PETG is the superior choice for applications demanding safety, durability, and complex fabrication.
Q2: Can your PETG sheets be used for medical devices and sterilization?
A: Yes. Our PETG-M (Medical Grade) is specifically formulated to meet strict healthcare standards. It is FDA compliant and ISO 10993 certified, making it ideal for medical device housings, trays, and protective shields. Crucially, it can withstand common sterilization methods like Gamma radiation and E-beam without significant yellowing or structural degradation.
Q3: What is the maximum temperature PETG can withstand?
A: PETG has a continuous service temperature of up to 70°C (158°F). While it can withstand short-term exposure to slightly higher temperatures (up to 80°C), it is not suitable for high-heat applications like boiling water or steam autoclaving. For applications requiring extreme heat resistance beyond these limits, alternative engineering plastics must be considered.
Q4: Is PETG sheet easy to thermoform compared to other plastics?
A: Absolutely. PETG is renowned for its excellent thermoforming properties. It features a wide forming window and requires lower forming temperatures than many other engineering plastics. This allows for deep draws and complex shapes without stress-whitening or cracking, making it a highly efficient and favorite material for blister packs, clamshells, and dental aligner models.
Q5: What is your MOQ and do you support custom sizes?
A: For standard stock sizes and thicknesses (like 4x8ft sheets), our MOQ is highly accessible at just one pallet (approx. 500-1000kg depending on thickness). We fully support custom extrusion for unique thicknesses, opaque colors, and precision cut-to-size services to minimize your fabrication waste. Trial orders and mixed thicknesses can be discussed with our sales team.
