Stop risking your sensitive electronic components to electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage and dust attraction. At HSQY, we manufacture high-performance Antistatic and Conductive Polypropylene (PP) sheets engineered to provide reliable static dissipation, excellent chemical resistance, and superior thermoforming capabilities. Whether you require standard antistatic protection for industrial turnover boxes or highly conductive carbon-filled sheets for precision IC trays, our materials ensure the safety and integrity of your products throughout the supply chain.
Backed by our vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, we guarantee strict quality control and precise thickness tolerances (0.2mm to 1.0mm). From rigid sheets for automated vacuum forming lines to custom-colored rolls for component color-coding, HSQY provides the exact ESD material specifications to optimize your packaging yield and protect your valuable electronics.
Reliable ESD & Conductive Protection: We offer precise surface resistance levels to meet your specific needs. Our Antistatic PP (10^9 - 10^12 ohms) prevents static buildup and dust attraction, while our Conductive PP (10^3 - 10^6 ohms, carbon-filled) allows static to dissipate rapidly, offering maximum protection for highly sensitive microchips and circuit boards.
Optimized for Vacuum Forming: Unlike rigid materials that crack under pressure, our ESD PP sheets are specifically engineered for excellent thermoforming. They heat evenly and stretch smoothly into complex, deep-draw mold geometries without cracking or losing their static-dissipative properties.
Chemical & Moisture Resistance: Highly resistant to oils, acids, alkalis, and moisture. This makes our sheets ideal for harsh industrial environments, automotive component packaging, and strict cleanroom applications where low particle generation is mandatory.
Lightweight Structural Rigidity: With a low density of just 0.92 g/cm³, our high-density rigid sheets provide outstanding structural support for heavy industrial parts while remaining lightweight, directly reducing your shipping and logistics costs.
Our Antistatic PP sheets are trusted by manufacturers worldwide for diverse, high-demand applications:
Electronic Component Packaging: Thermoforming precision IC trays, blister packs, and clamshells for semiconductors, hard drives, and PCBs.
Industrial Protection & Logistics: Manufacturing durable dividers, rails, and protective liners for precision machinery parts and automotive components.
Cleanroom Environments: Providing low-dust, static-controlled materials for facility managers and sensitive manufacturing zones.

Colored Antistatic PP Sheet: Multi-color options for color-coding different components, managing inventory, or branding purposes.
Q1: What is the exact difference between Antistatic PP and Conductive PP?
A: Antistatic PP prevents the buildup of static electricity and dust attraction, typically offering a surface resistance of 10^9 to 10^12 ohms. Conductive PP, which is usually carbon-filled and black, allows static charges to flow through it rapidly, offering a much lower surface resistance of 10^3 to 10^6 ohms. Conductive PP provides the highest level of protection for extremely sensitive microelectronics, while Antistatic PP is perfect for general industrial component handling.
Q2: Will the ESD properties be lost during the vacuum forming process?
A: No. Our Antistatic and Conductive PP sheets are engineered specifically for thermoforming. The static-dissipative agents are uniformly distributed throughout the polymer matrix, not just applied as a topical coating. This ensures that even after the sheet is heated evenly and stretched into complex, deep-draw IC trays, the final formed product retains its precise ESD protection without cracking or losing effectiveness.
Q3: Can I get colored antistatic sheets, or are they only available in black?
A: While Black is the industry standard (especially for carbon-filled conductive grades), we offer Transparent/Translucent antistatic sheets for applications requiring visual inspection. Furthermore, we provide custom color matching (Red, Blue, Yellow, etc.) for standard antistatic grades. This is highly useful for factory color-coding systems to separate different component types or for specific corporate branding.
Q4: What is the MOQ and lead time for custom formulations?
A: For standard stock items (like 0.4mm Black Antistatic Sheets), our MOQ is highly flexible. For custom thicknesses, specific resistance levels, or custom colors, the MOQ typically starts from 500kg to 1000kg (one production run). Our standard lead time for bulk orders is 15-20 days. We also provide free samples for you to test the forming and antistatic properties on your own equipment before committing to a bulk order.
