HKD900 Auto air pressure and vacuum forming machine

This large thermoforming machine offers three-stage heating for PP (up to 1000×800mm) and two-stage heating for PET/PS (up to 1000×1200mm). Designed for high productivity, it supports rapid low-temperature, high-pressure forming of PETG, APET, PP, PS, PVC, ABS, and starch-based materials. With superior molding quality and low defect rates, it is ideal for toys, hardware, food packaging, and electronics. An optional rear high-speed cutter enables automated production.
